This site is deliberately plain: there is no customer account, no form, no online ordering and no advertising.

Data collected
There is no form on the site and no personal data is requested. The Google Maps panel receives the technical data required to display it, including the IP address and browser information. Contact links open your phone or mail application directly.
Legal basis
The processing described here rests on Épi Gourmet’s legitimate interest in presenting its business and keeping the site working (art. 6.1.f GDPR). The Google Maps embed is different: it loads only after your explicit consent (art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act), and until you give it no request is sent to Google.
Cookies
Épi Gourmet sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The Google Maps module may use technical cookies under Google’s privacy rules. No other tracker is enabled by this site.
Retention period
Technical connection logs are kept for twelve months at most. The language-preference cookie is kept for one year on your device and is read only to serve you the right language. Messages received by email are kept for as long as it takes to answer them.
Hosting and logs
The site’s hosting provider keeps technical connection logs for security and operational purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase data concerning you. To exercise it, contact the bakery.
Complaints
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at www.cnil.fr.
